Shellie is a beautiful instructor in every sense. She’s clear with her instructions and very intuitive to each individuals needs. She has a kind and calm approach but also a sense of humour. She is thoughtful and professional but does not take her self too seriously. I persuaded my partner to attend her classes too, he was very sceptical but absolutely loves it, he has a physical job and it has helped him enormously both physically and mentally.

Shellie is a great yoga instructor with loads of experience and knowledge. Her classes have helped me immensely, not just physically but also mentally too. I’ve been attending her classes for almost a year now and it wasn’t long before I felt the benefits and the need to attend more and more. I now take both the Hatha Fusion class and meditation as well as yin yoga, and find all 3 classes compliment each other and help me deepen my overall practice.
Shellie will sit and explain what her class will be targeting and the benefits she hopes we will receive. 
There is never any pressure and Shellie is always tailoring poses to different peoples limitations which makes everybody appreciate just how much she loves and cares about her classes and students.

Shellie is a great yoga instructor. I started doing her Yin class back in February having never done any form of yoga before. You are never forced into any positions & encouraged to do what your body is capable of. Shellie will come round and suggest adaptations to suit the individual and give props to support. it's a very relaxing practice and a nice way to switch off the stresses of a busy working week.
